The Wellness Cycle.
The Wellness Cycle. is Dear Ambitious Girl’s flagship initiative focused on enhancing overall wellness, mental health, and period equity for girls + women.
Through The Wellness Cycle (TWC), we have supported thousands of girls globally by addressing menstrual health as an ongoing wellness and public health issue. Over time, TWC has grown into a trusted initiative that combines menstrual education with access to sustainable, long-term resources.
As part of this work, we have curated and distributed intentional care packages globally to girls ages 15–18, in partnership with schools and local communities. Each care package includes both reusable and sustainable menstrual pads, along with wellness tools, personal hygiene items, and nutritional supplements, providing consistent, dignified support and empowering girls to manage their menstrual health with confidence.

The Wellness Cycle 2025: A Story of Impact, Captured in Nigeria
Captured by a talented media team in Nigeria, this recap highlights The Wellness Cycle’s impact in Ise Ekiti—where we provided over 500 girls with sustainable menstrual products, education, and resources to support their health with dignity.
Why is The Wellness Cycle. important?
Health and Wellness: Care packages include sanitary products, personal hygiene items, and nutritional supplements, essential for maintaining physical health.
Period Poverty: By providing sanitary products, we help girls attend school confidently and without interruption. About 25% of Nigerian women and girls lack access to menstrual hygiene products, impacting their education and well-being.
Mental Health: Care packages offer resources and information on mental health, supporting overall well-being and encouraging open discussions.
Empowerment and Education: We empower girls by providing necessary resources, helping to break the cycle of poverty and fostering a brighter future.
